Access

By road from the M6

· Take junction J32 to M55 Blackpool.

· If coming from the south [Birmingham) the sat. nav. May take you off at J29 to Lytham St Annes via Preston. If you wish to avoid Preston go on to the M6 J32 Blackpool turn off.

· Travel along the M55 to Junction 4 (note there is no J2 on the M55) and take the Blackpool North Shore A583 turn off. Ignore the Blackpool Lytham St Annes motorway sign.

· Having taken the slip road turn left heading for Kirkham.

· Go straight on at the roundabout setting yourself up in the right hand lane before the traffic lights turning right for Ballam.

· Immediately after turning right, turn left on to Peel Road, signposted Ballam.

· Travel 1.5 miles along the Ballam Road until you reach a T junction ,then turn right and continue on through the hamlet of Ballam. After approximately 1.5miles you will pass Green Drive Golf Club on the left.

· Immediately after Green Drive Golf Club take the left hand fork on to Park View Road with Lytham Primary school on your right.

· Continue on for 500 meters until you reach the mini roundabout at the junction of Mythop Road.

· Turn left into Mythop Road and we are 50 meters on the right.

· Park where convenient on Mythop Road or in the adjacent Mythop Close cul-de-sac.

By road from Blackpool

· If coming from Blackpool travel along Lytham sea front until you reach the mini roundabout at the windmill and turn left into Station Road. Carry straight on passing the Hansom Cab pub on the right and over the railway bridge until you reach the mini roundabout at the T junction of Mythop Road.

· Turn right into Mythop Road and we are 50 meters on the right.

· Park where convenient on Mythop Road or in the adjacent Mythop Close cul-de-sac.

By road from Preston

· If coming from Preston travel along Lytham sea front until you reach the mini roundabout at the windmill and turn right into Station Road. Carry straight on passing the Hansom Cab pub on the right and over the railway bridge until you reach the mini roundabout at the T junction of Mythop Road.

· Turn right into Mythop Road and we are 50 meters on the right.

By Bus No 68 (Ribble/Stagecoach)

· From Preston or Blackpool and ask for the Brookfield Terrace stop on Mythop Road in Lytham. We are 10 meters from bus the stop.
